Global External Sourcing - Customer Relationship Manager

Principal accountabilities • Build, maintain and develop customer relations. • Perform/own customer segmentation and agree service levels • Set up and maintain Global Service Level Agreements together with the Customer Director and regions. • Responsible for reviewing customer related trends, e.g. forecast changes, reasons for stock outs etc, and take appropriate actions. • Lead the Supply & Demand meetings with defined customers. • Be part of and/or Lead the quarterly Site to region meetings. • Support and follow the Regional Business Planning processes such as RCAT (Root Cause Analyse Tool) for our customer stock outs. • Be the voice of the customer in assigned Control Rooms to ensure issue escalation and resolution without impact to supply. • Raise supply issues to the Supply Chain Leads/Control Rooms and support/lead issue resolution as appropriate. • To work closely with Supply Chain Leads, Asset Planners and customers to understand the range, likelihood and implications of medium to long term supply scenarios. • To provide customer related data and guidance to support product supply chain planning and supply risk management. • Be the voice of GES towards assigned customers • Be responsible for GES Site Intelligence and other customer communiction as needed. • Developing, maintain and improve our customer service offering • Build and develop effective relationships with other members in the Control Rooms and in projects where the role holder is a participant. • Responsible for accurately measuring and reporting key performance indicators. • Lead and participate in Practical Problem Solving and Continuous Improvements teams. • Have sufficient skills and knowledge of the artwork change management processes. • Actively contribute in GES projects and work streams. The role holder must possess a few years experience across the broader supply chain e.g. planning, distribution, customer management or QA. University studies or other further education within the supply chain field are valued. • Excellent communication skills are required as working collaboratively with, customers and stakeholders is a key part of this role. To liaise influence and direct others through their relationship rather than dictate. Is often expected to influence people more senior than themselves. • The role holder must be confident of making effective decisions despite uncertainty and/or incomplete information to drive business outcomes.
